All outreach sent through SOAK AI must identify your business clearly, include a way for recipients to opt out, be truthful and not misleading, and comply with all applicable telemarketing and email marketing laws.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
