We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send outreach on your behalf, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Financial Data

Financial data accessed through Plaid is used exclusively to power your personal finance dashboard within SOAK AI. We do not share, sell, or use your financial data for any purpose other than displaying it to you within the platform. All financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest via Supabase, multi-factor authentication on all systems, and role-based access controls.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, your data is deleted within 30 days. Financial data accessed through Plaid is retained for a maximum of 24 months for service delivery purposes.
